In a pioneering step toward advancing Saudi Arabia's smart technology sector, DSCC Contracting signed an exclusive strategic cooperation agreement with Chinese artificial intelligence giant iFLYTEK. The agreement was signed during a spectacular ceremony held at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh Hotel & Convention Center on June 17, 2026.
The agreement was concluded by Mrs. Lucy, CEO of DSCC Contracting, on behalf of the Saudi side, with the announcement of the launch of the WallEX smart-space system as part of WallEX Smart Space Connect 2026 · Riyadh, held under the slogan: "Interact. Inspire. Innovate."
The event unveiled WallEX's latest AI-powered smart-space solutions, targeting smart homes, smart hotels and connected living environments. Mrs. Lucy led a hands-on walkthrough of the fully integrated system, built on the open global KNX protocol: KNX Smart Switches and KNX Scene Panels in modern, multi-colour designs; advanced central touch panels for one-touch whole-home control; and integrated environmental systems covering air conditioning, temperature and smart curtains.
The event drew strong engagement from the audience, with live demonstrations allowing visitors to experience the system first-hand. At the close of the ceremony, Mrs. Lucy, CEO of DSCC Contracting, presented Special Prizes to a number of audience winners in recognition of their participation and positive engagement.
