3. Quotations & estimates
Any quotation, BOQ, cost range, or timeline mentioned on the Site or in marketing material is indicative only. A fixed price and schedule will be provided only after a formal site visit and issued under a written quotation, valid for the period stated on it (typically 30 days).
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, designs, the DSCC name and logo, project photography, and software — is owned by DSCC or its licensors and is protected under Saudi and international copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
5. Acceptable use

Warranty terms for any services delivered by DSCC are governed exclusively by the signed contract for those services — typically a 12-month workmanship warranty plus original manufacturer warranties on equipment. The Site itself is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, KSA.
