From Site Visit to Handover — 8 Clear Steps
No surprises, no coordination across a dozen subcontractors, no scope disputes. One accountable contractor from day one through post-handover.
1. Discovery call
We listen to your project goals, scope, timeline, and budget — and confirm whether DSCC is the right fit before quoting.
2. Site visit & technical survey
When a technical survey is required, the team confirms attendance after reviewing the project location, access, documents, and scope.
3. BOQ-based proposal
The proposal records the priced scope, quantities, assumptions, exclusions, programme, and commercial terms reviewed for the project.
4. Design & engineering
Our in-house architects and MEP engineers produce shop drawings, BIM coordination, and SBC-compliant submittals.
5. Procurement & execution
Single accountable PM owns scope, schedule, and quality. Weekly client updates with photos and milestone status.
6. QA/QC & Civil Defense inspections
Pre-handover commissioning of every system — HVAC balance, fire-alarm test, electrical earthing, plumbing pressure.
7. Handover with full documentation
As-Built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty certificates, and Civil Defense sign-off — all in one organized handover pack.
8. Warranty & aftercare
Applicable workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms are documented at handover. Service timing is confirmed after each request is assessed.
