Developed Solutions Contracting Company (DSCC) announced that, during October 2024, it completed the finishing and furnishing works it delivered within the voco Jeddah Gate hotel project — part of IHG Hotels & Resorts — around two months ahead of the hotel's official opening, a step that reflects the company's expertise in providing integrated solutions for hospitality projects in the Kingdom.
The works were executed according to the project requirements and approved quality standards, with a focus on precision of detail, quality of materials, and the coherence of finishing and furniture elements in support of the hotel's architectural identity and guest experience.
voco Jeddah Gate represents a notable addition to the city's hospitality sector; located in the Al-Faihaa district of Jeddah, it comprises 706 rooms alongside facilities for meetings, events, dining and leisure. The hotel's official opening was announced on 5 December 2024.
