A permanent 1,200-square-metre showroom in Riyadh links Foshan's manufacturing capabilities with Saudi demand for fit-out, furnishing and integrated home solutions.
Reflecting the development of industrial and commercial cooperation between Saudi Arabia and China, DSCC's showroom in Riyadh has become the home of the first shared showroom outside China for the “Made in Foshan” initiative. The permanent showroom spans 1,200 square metres and operates throughout the year.
According to the official video published by the Foshan Home Furnishings Industry Association, the project was developed in cooperation with DSCC as a sustainable platform connecting leading Foshan factories and brands with the Saudi market. It gives them direct access to real estate developers, contractors, consultants, and hospitality and housing projects in the Kingdom and the wider Middle East.
The initiative forms part of growing industrial cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia, providing a practical channel for introducing advanced Chinese products and solutions in line with Saudi market requirements and the quality standards applied to local projects.
Integrated solutions under one roof The showroom features four specialised zones presenting a broad range of products and services. These include finishing materials, integrated whole-home customisation, furniture and furnishings, doors and windows, aluminium systems, lighting, cables, home technologies, and supporting products and solutions for the hospitality and real estate sectors.
The display zones were designed around the needs of the Saudi market and local preferences. They highlight Foshan manufacturers' capabilities in custom production to project requirements, alongside solutions suited to premium residential developments and five-star hotels.
Specialised brands and manufacturers The first group of participating brands includes Guangdong Tianan New Materials, Macio Casa, Foshan Lighting, EON Home, Zekin Doors & Windows, Yonglijian Aluminium, Pearl River Cable, Arrow Group, Petrus Coffee Machines, and Chiyang Scent Technology.
Together, these companies cover an integrated range of products and solutions used in fit-out, furnishing and whole-home projects. This allows clients, developers and consultants to view materials and products directly, compare options, and select appropriate solutions for their projects.
A permanent platform connecting manufacturing with projects Beyond displaying products, the showroom serves as an ongoing platform for communication and cooperation between Chinese manufacturers and active opportunities in the Saudi market.
The platform supports technical evaluation, material selection, custom manufacturing, pricing, supply, quality control and logistics coordination through to execution and delivery in the Kingdom.
By bringing together Foshan's advanced manufacturing capabilities and DSCC's experience in the Saudi market, the showroom provides a practical model for connecting products and solutions with projects, streamlining supply channels, and balancing quality, cost and delivery time.
Strengthening DSCC's role in the Saudi market The project extends DSCC's vision of delivering single-source integrated solutions for the fit-out, furnishing, real estate and hospitality sectors, while strengthening the company's role as a link between global manufacturers and project requirements in Saudi Arabia.
The initiative also demonstrates DSCC's ability to establish international industrial partnerships and provide a practical platform for developers, contractors, consultants and clients to access an integrated range of materials, products and custom solutions under one roof in Riyadh.
