Summary
DSCC delivered the fit-out and furnishing of the main lobby at Motoon Tower on King Fahd Road in Riyadh, creating an elegant reception environment that reflects the building's contemporary architectural character and gives visitors a comfortable experience from the moment they enter.
Approach
The works included a custom-designed reception desk with a flowing form and bronze metallic finishes, alongside the furnishing of waiting and lounge areas with a curated selection of sofas, armchairs, tables, rugs, accessories, artworks and indoor planting.
Approach 2
The project's identity is built around a balanced combination of neutral tones, warm materials and bronze accents that complement the marble flooring, architectural lighting and expansive glazed façades. Furniture was carefully arranged to form multiple seating zones while preserving circulation and balancing comfort, privacy and elegance.

The completed lobby demonstrates DSCC's ability to provide integrated fit-out and furnishing solutions for commercial and administrative spaces — from furniture and material selection through procurement, installation and final on-site styling.
